7 MORE Unfortunate NBA Records

As I've written about before, not every record you can hold is a good one. I've already taken a look at 7 of those bad records , so here are 7 more. Let's get right into this, these are 7 more unfortunate NBA records. Shaquille O'Neal Record: Most Free Throws Attempted in a Game Without a Make Starting off this list we have a Hall of Famer and one of the greatest centers in the history of basketball, Shaquille O'Neal. Drafted with the 1st overall pick in the 1992 NBA Draft by the Orlando Magic, Shaq spent 19 years creating a legacy for himself few could match. Over his career, O'Neal won four championships, an MVP in 2000, the Rookie of the Year in 1993, and three Finals MVPs, lead the league in scoring twice and in shooting percentage 10 times, and was selected to the all-star game 15 times, the All-NBA 1st Team eight times, and the All-Defensive 2nd Team three times. Shaq basically did it all during his career, but there is one thing that he was noto

10 Best Players of the Week (3/18-3/24)

With another week of the NBA season in the books, in the pocket, and out of sight, it's time to take a look at the best players of the last week. If you missed last week's, click here . If not, let's get into it, these are the 10 best players of the week. Karl-Anthony Towns As the season continues to wind down, the playoff race in the Western Conference continues to heat up. With five teams out of contention and only two playoff berths clinched so far, six spots remain open for six teams to take. One of the teams fighting for one of those spots is the Minnesota Timberwolves, whose recent struggles have put their playoff spot in jeopardy. With a 4-6 record in March so far, a 2-2 this past week puts them in the 7th seed in the West with a 42-32 record, just a game and a half ahead of the 9th place Denver Nuggets. While the team has struggled lately, if Karl-Anthony Towns keeps playing the way he did this past week, they should be fine. For the week, Towns averaged 22.

11 Players Who Should've Played on One Team Their Whole Career

Close your eyes and try to picture this; Tim Duncan, one of the greatest players in basketball history. He's down in the paint, backing down a defender...while wearing a Phoenix Suns jersey. You can't do it, can you? What about an Atlanta Hawks jersey? Not that one either, right? How about anything other than a San Antonio Spurs jersey? It's impossible, isn't it? Some players have become so synonymous with certain teams that it's impossible to imagine them playing for anyone else. Just imagining Kobe Bryant or Magic Johnson not playing for the Lakers is practically out of the question, and guys like Stephen Curry have made it hard to see them any other team. Of course, for guys like Curry, playing for one team their entire career isn't the case. Sometimes they get traded away, sometimes they sign with another team, sometimes they come out of retirement, but whatever way it happens, they are moves that ended career-long runs with one team. With that being said

10 Best Players of the Week (3/11-3/17)

With another week of the NBA season in the books, in the pocket, and out of sight, it's time to take a look at the best players of the last week. If you missed last week's, click here . If not, let's get into it, these are the 10 best players of the week. James Harden As the Houston Rockets continue their run at the top of the NBA, James Harden has continued to lead the way in his campaign to win the MVP award. Following a perfect 4-0 week, the Rockets now find themselves with a 55-14 record on the year, officially clinching the top spot in the Southwest Division and giving them a two and a half-game lead over the 2nd place Golden State Warriors. While Harden only played in three of the four games this week, he still put up great numbers that deserve recognition. For the week, Harden averaged 28 points, 7.3 rebounds, 7 assists and a steal per game while shooting 90% from the free throw line.  Julius Randle The Los Angeles Lakers still have a chance to make the

7 Times the NBA Crossed-Over with Professional Wrestling

Anyone who's followed my old blog or follows me on Twitter knows that along with basketball and terrible jokes only your dad likes, one of my other loves is professional wrestling. I used to have a blog about it, but I've since turned all my attention to this blog. However, with WrestleMania 34 right around the corner (not to mention the fact that today is Rusev Day of all days), I'm going back to my roots and looking at some of the times the NBA & professional wrestling crossed paths. Some were great, some were awful, but here are 7 times the NBA crossed-over into the squared circle. Shaquille O'Neal Starting off this list is one of the few basketball players to ever step in a wrestling ring and actually compete in a match. In 2009, O'Neal appeared on Monday Night RAW during a time where every week, RAW had a celebrity guest host, such as megastars Jeremy Piven, Verne Troyer, and Al Sharpton. It was a truly awful time to be alive. One of the first cele
