NBA Team of the Week (5/9/21-5/15/21)

Welcome to the final Team of the Week of the 2020-21 NBA season. Normally, I write these on Sunday and then post them on Monday, but given the fact that the season officially ended this past Sunday, I thought it was best to just wait a day so the standings are officially set. This week will just look at the past week and Sunday's games won't count in this. Now then, onto the Team of the Week. Selections are based mostly on the player's stats, but (minus the rookie of the week) their team's record during the week is also taken into consideration. Click here to check out last week's if you missed it . If not, let's get into this. Point Guard: Damian Lillard It came down to the wire, but the Portland Trail Blazers have locked in a playoff spot. Tied with the Lakers heading into the last day of the season and holding the advantage in the tiebreaker, the Blazers needed to win their final game against the Nuggets, and they pulled it off. They'll enter the playoffs...

10 Most Underrated Rookies From the 2017-18 Season

If this season is anything to go by, the NBA's future looks bright. Whether it be Ben Simmons, Donovan Mitchell, or Jayson Tatum, several rookies had strong showings this year, with ten of them being selected to the two yearly All-Rookie Teams. However, not every rookie made those teams (obviously) but they still deserve some recognition, which is what I'm going to do now. Jordan Bell Starting off this list we have the 38th pick in the 2017 NBA Draft, Jordan Bell. Originally drafted in the second round by the Chicago Bulls, the former Oregon Duck was traded on draft night to the Golden State Warriors for $3.5 million and hopes were high following a strong showing during the summer league. I myself predicted he would be an underra...

With the 2017-18 season in the books, that means that we're done with moments cards in NBA 2K18 MyTEAM, at least for the regular season. As with every year, 2K puts out moments cards in MyTEAM when players have standout games during the season, specifically cards that are improvements over their original cards. Some players only go up by one rank, others see huge increases in their stats and overalls, and I'm here to rank him. Whether they are players who were underrated from day one by the developers or players who had great performances out of nowhere, these are the 10 most improved players in NBA 2K18 MyTEAM. Excluded from this list are players who didn't have a card to begin with but were given moments cards during the season like Trey Burke & Michael Beasley. But with that out of the way, let's get into this. Jeff Green Starting off this list we have Jeff Green of the Cleveland Cavaliers. A 10-year veteran drafted by the Boston Celtics in 2007, Green sig...
