10 Rarest Jersey Numbers in NBA History

Michael Jordan's #23. Larry Bird's #33. Both of Kobe Bryant's #8 and #24 jerseys. All of them are some of the most iconic numbers in the history of the NBA. However, not every number gets the same amount of love that heavily used numbers like #3, #11, or #20. The numbers on this list are so infrequently used that only one player has ever worn them in an NBA game. Now, there are a couple of ground rules for this list. First off, along with the NBA, ABA and BAA uniform numbers will also count in this. For example, Taj Gibson was the first NBA player to wear #67, but thanks to Moe Becker in 1947 also wearing it in the BAA, you won't be seeing #67 here. Second, numbers that have never been used won't be here, so there won't be a #58, #64, or a #69, even though I'm told that last one would be nice. And finally, there are a few numbers I haven't included, those being #07 and #09. Those aren't typos, as the Rochester Royals issued both #07 and #09 to Paul N...

8 Terrible Movies Starring NBA Players

Basketball players are not actors. That's pretty obvious. So naturally, when an NBA player is cast in a movie, they're performances aren't all that great. And when the performances in a movie are bad, then that usually means the movie is bad. And that's what this list is full of, awful movies with basketball players in roles. Now, when I say that, I'm not counting movies where NBA players make quick cameos as themselves, so movies like Jack & Jill and Grown Up 2 (as terrible as they are) are obviously excluded. Also, as much as I'm pretty sure no likes Amy Schumer, Trainwreck (which also stars LeBron James) is not on here, as I've never seen it and it has a 86% on Rotten Tomatoes, so it seems like a lot of people genuinely like this movie. So with that out of the way, here are 8 terrible movies starring NBA players. Kazaam Few players in the history of the NBA have had as colorful a personality as Shaquille O'Neal. With that in mind, it's ...

7 Times the NBA Crossed-Over with Professional Wrestling

Anyone who's followed my old blog or follows me on Twitter knows that along with basketball and terrible jokes only your dad likes, one of my other loves is professional wrestling. I used to have a blog about it, but I've since turned all my attention to this blog. However, with WrestleMania 34 right around the corner (not to mention the fact that today is Rusev Day of all days), I'm going back to my roots and looking at some of the times the NBA & professional wrestling crossed paths. Some were great, some were awful, but here are 7 times the NBA crossed-over into the squared circle. Shaquille O'Neal Starting off this list is one of the few basketball players to ever step in a wrestling ring and actually compete in a match. In 2009, O'Neal appeared on Monday Night RAW during a time where every week, RAW had a celebrity guest host, such as megastars Jeremy Piven, Verne Troyer, and Al Sharpton. It was a truly awful time to be alive. One of the first cele...
